This was as far as we got into exploring, which was the room adjacent to where our POE lead into. Along the railing to the right of the frame is where we found the sign depicted in the next photo.

Not sure if a previous explorer left this here as a joke or if the noises we heard upstairs were actually an unhappy squatter and not squirrel like we originally had assumed.
