Demolition has began today

Whole row is gone now

There is security fencing around this place now with a porta potty and a skyjack. It may be about to come down, but the skjack is making me think it may be turned into a sales office, as skyjacks usually aren't used for demolition. Although it has a flat roof, they may use it to go up and shovel off the stones first before knocking it down.

Any chance this is still standing? Anyone know?

Went a couple months ago (will add photos soon!). No security besides beefed up fencing. A couple people stopped by the roadside part of the fence to look in but no trouble. Ran into a few other explorers while there. Definitely second the 'bring a flashlight' advice, the basement is well worth it to check out.

Went many times while it was still active - sad to see it in such a state. It was a great community event venue.

Well THAT was fast. Upped a bit late, but passed today and had a double take. I think the steps to 53 are still there.....Maybe....

Nice house I’ve drove past there so many times and I don’t know how I haven’t noticed this

I plan on exploring the interior and getting pics when it's a little bit warmer, stay tuned.

Visited in late August 2021, very easily accessible. Only caveat is there were some ticks in the long grass around the property.

Anyone knows who owned it I’m looking to purchase

This building is slowly being repurposed. It had a gate on the door for a bit after I did it, then the gate is now off and the sign if off as well. I think the windows also had gates on them and they are not on this place any more.
