We went here today to take some photos after getting a vague reply from the province that appeared to allow us access to the grounds. However the OPP still escorted us off the property. Makes you wonder if there are things still on the property from when it was in operation aside from the buildings

The garage is accessible currently, but is a tight squeeze (might not be doable for anyone who is larger)

All the houses, but one, is occupied. The only abandoned house belongs to my father in law's new wife. Do not enter.

Confirmed demolished. It appears as though the foundation of the building was mainly kept as a retaining wall to keep the embankment in place. Flood plain down below.

Possibly gone as well.....IDK.

Took a gander tonight. will upload pics if good. But super dusty & dark asf with out lights. It seemed like I was one big open area but it's open. As of 20 mins ago

went with a few friends in late spring when the water was still pretty high, still had a great time :) rope and latter are still present, near the victoria island sign of you keep walking towards the edge. footing isn’t too sturdy on the climb down but it gets better.

Checked out this place during march 2023. Bumped into a group of North York kids and got chased out by security. A door at the back seemed promising, however, everything was all boarded up.

went last week, place is double/triple fenced. its up for sale but there is no activity in it whatsoever. very good spot, lots of dust on the bottom floor, would recommend a mask. 2nd story floor is falling apart in some places. worth the visit
