Still standing tall and strong. They certainly don't build them like that anymore.
Water was at a decent level today. We spent a good hour making our way around to the different entrances. Definitely need to go back with better flashlights.

Go have a look.

Me and my friends went today and have been going there for a while now. It has been a really cool hangout spot but we have run into either squatters or taggers but we left before we could tell which.
Still avalible?

Definitely going to go check this out asap
Woah this is super interesting, that car looks pretty ancient and I wonder what it's doing just out in the woods like that. I'd bet it belonged to residents of that nearby house from way back in the day.

Will be going back whenever I have the time to and taking a lot more pictures of the car, and it's surroundings, I will post them all here :)

There is a freeze on the demo as it awaits historical evaluation. I was fortunate to see this house before it was destroyed by local kids
yeah. It's horrible that people burnt it and all, but I'm glad it will be better preserved
I bike this trail sometimes. This is not here anymore.

the tiny replica of the church has gone missing and is no longer there. unsure if it was stolen or removed by some authority
Update #2, this website has the exact blueprints for what the redevelopment is planned to look like: https://f.tlcollect.com/fr2/318/46655/sold_web_2057_Major_Mackenzie_Dr._W.pdf The blueprints show the suburban cabin right there in the middle, so I think it's safe to say it's not going to be getting demolished. Though people might end up inhabiting it once again eventually. Also, even though it's going to be restored, the second floor does not appear to be returning. So R.I.P to that. Interestingly, blueprints call it the "Joshua Oliver House" which is the first I've heard of that. So I did some even more digging using the new name, and according to a commenter on a historical blog, this house was made in 1837, putting it at 186 years old. One more reason why I hate to see people vandalize sites.
