Where Art Thou?

Thrown my way by a buddy, this is a church that is QUITE unremarkable. There is a house next to it that the photo I was sent focuses on, and my only reaction was “IS THAT A CHURCH?”. And then 4 hours later Im on the LRT sending the guy back a interior shot.

Once inside and seeing it M-T, I realized they were well underway on the work. There are both sets of stairs prettywell all missing. Salvaged presumably. Built with these rectangle stain glass verticals on the front, there are a few others in the Region with its design. 60s-70s generic.

Lastly. This is becoming a common fate of ZEE GERMAN churches. Watch and wait. Watch and wait. The workers worked until just before 7. Then I went for it. Strike when they least expect. And they least expect the guy that waited while they left and locked back up.

They (workers) are activley working this site. The back door is locked, the front door is locked and as I said, I had waited till they left for the day. I legit watched them lock the gate and drive the truck out. Busy area for a section of one way street in the K-Town interior.

The stain glass windows told me to do it.

Church now has the same fate as the house next to it. Demolished.
