The fence has this disgusting paint on it that rubs off onto everything. I hopped over it without knowing anybetter the first time and had to wash them in a rain barrel before getting out my camera. It’s in public view of a lot of people but no one seems to care. There’s some broken glass on various parts of the property
This place has 5 units in it, all of which used to be rented out at some point. Recently a fence has gone up with a sign that says “Danger Due to Demolition" which sparked the idea for the name.
Only the bottom apartment is open, and it’s clearly had a squatter live in there for a little while. There’s a stash of empties on the floor along with some appliances. The electricity and water did not work, but there were two really nice paid washing machines in the one room. I looked up the brand and even being used and 20 years old they still cost over a thousand dollars each.
All the other rooms are screwed shut, but that could be undone if you were so desperate with a square head screw driver. From peaking in the windows, it’s not worth it.
