Came across this place on my afternoon drive, I'm quite sure that the house is abandoned because there is nothing inside. At least from what I could see in through some of the windows. And by the way the doors are nailed shut. There are fresh tire marks that go to the back of the property where the barn is. I didn't go into the barn, I was to astonished by the beauty of this house. I did a walk around, looked in some windows.
This is a FM Location because the place is covered in NO TRESPASSING signs. Also the road it is on is very commonly used by locals, as we were leaving an older gentleman stopped as we were on the road in front of the house to ask us if we wanted to buy it. (I wish!) He was very nice about it, I think he realized that we were just taking a look at the beauty of the home.

This place is still locked up tight. Someone had recently swerved off the road and knocked down the gate (there are fresh tire marks in the mud followed by a busted entrance), but other than that it looks untouched.
This location was previously posted but deleted as no address was provided. In December my son and I checked out a few things but didn't stay long due to the high amount of traffic. We did notice, there was a previous break in and a broom handle has been placed across the front door to stop others from entering. The barn was used not long ago as you can still smell the odor of livestock.
I stopped by this place on a frosty day in April. Sure looked abandoned from the road, but not so sure when I looked closer. I will keep an eye on it and see if there is any summer activity.
You should've said that you were looking to buy it. It would have been a good way to get in.
Nice property & other than the picture with the cracked wall everything seems to be in pretty good condition.

Loved this place. Sad to see it go. Always made a point of cycling by on my way to Nobleton...
