Death of the Dragonfly

This is an older house that is now demolished. It's one of 5 houses on a street in a city that have been slated for redevelopment.

The house seems to be a bit older. Calendars in the house are from 2016, which really isn't that long ago... but the roof is collapsing in parts and decay is starting to make it's way in here. The upstairs rooms were very large and unique shaped and I thought the dragonfly stencils on the stairs really added some character here.

This really was someone's home once and soon it will be replaced by a new subdivision. That seems to be the way things go now days.
