This location consists of four floors full of delicious decay, peeling paint, old hospital equipment and sadly- vandalism.
The windows on the ground floor are boarded up for obvious reason, making it very dark to explore downstairs. The basement contains an auditorium, kitchen area and a morgue. The upper floors contain offices, rehabilitation rooms and patient rooms of course.
The hospital is made up of an original Center Wing constructed of wood (originally a three storey house constucted in the 1890's), a four storey South Wing built in 1938 out of concrete and steel, and a two storey East Wing built in 1951 of concrete and steel.
The hospital closed in 2005.

Apparently this hospital is finally coming down in April, window removal has started.
Unfortunately the ceiling has collapsed in part of the morgue and is right over top of the stainless steel autopsy table.
It would appear that there are fresh boards on all of the windows, we got very lucky in getting in. I really don't think this place has much time left on the clock. I'm sure they will soon brick up windows due to careless explorers and local teens.
The morgue is just too creepily awesome, minus the (lame) red paint. The body tray is a nice surprise to see left behind.
Had to walk through a very dark, wet, creepy hallway right by the morgue to get upstairs. The wallpaper is so different in every room. Very interesting!
Wutevs, if you click on the + sign on the google map above, it will zoom in and bring up the street names for you.
i would love to go there, always wanted to go into an abandoned hospital/asylum.
such a cool place. wish i lived closer to visit it myself. it's always amazed me how much stuff is left behind in hospitals when abandoned
