A large bungalow with a pool in the backyard, the inside of the house is kind of like a maze. There is an old leather dentist chair in the front room which is quite interesting, but the property has been vandalized by multiple people over the years. The first time i visited the location, I had a very hard time finding a way in - but if you search around for a while there is a 'hidden' entrance :)
