this place is dangerous. with black mold, a squatter camp on almost every floor, sharp metal pipes and roof pieces hanging down, most of the ceilings being the new floor, etc. you can get onto the roof via a ladder at the top of one of the staircases. definitley be very careful though, i have no idea how stable the roof actually is and its all rocks meaning slipping is much easier.

Any squatters or evidence of? Feel like there’d be more in the winter.

when I went here last spring, there was some evidence of squatters, but it didn't seem like any were there. I have heard that this place attracts squatters during the winter though

I went there recently and there are squatters. There is also a sleeping bag in there so someone is definitely sleeping there.

Yes, there are. Found one on the very bottom floor hiding behind a door. If visiting, i’d recommend taking the squatters into consideration.
