Location # 4852

House and outbuildings including horse stalls and barns where full car repairs were performed. Paint, upholstry and mechanical. Very hard to access by driveway, it is right between 2 homes and a very long trip south to the buildings. I was mountain biking on 11th line and followed an atv trail to the site. Can be seen from the 400, it fronts the highway. Cool sight, no vandals, some weirrrd artifacts. Google earth will give you a better proximity of buildings

2014 additional info from rusticpix: We were out and about and found this location while walking through the trails.

What an awesome place. A house, barn, workshop and garage filled with tons of really cool things.

The house is super creepy. An old chair sits in the middle of the dining room with rope tied around the back of the chair and around the legs. Bedrooms are accessorized with torn drapes and peeling wallpaper. The kitchen is tired and a old CLOWN border finishes it off nicely. LOL! The basement of the house was super scary filled with an old fridge and freezer that I was so tempted to open.

The workshop is really cool. Old tools and rope and even an outline of an old gun on the wall.

While working our way into the garage we took one step into the door way and heard a hissing noise. We called it a day at that point! Haha.

The grass was long but you can tell that it is maintained. It was nice to see that whoever visits this location has respect for the buildings and appreciates what it has to offer.

Enjoy, and take your time. TONS to see.

Looks about the same as when I was there, although I never found the deer hooves. The only real difference I noticed is that the front door is wide open.

Was there today, good hike in and not sure if we can access it from the driveway. Amazing how free of vandals it is.
